Overall, this was a very positive experience. Buying a new laptop is a bit of a minefield and I had done a considerable amount of research, online and in the obvious high street retailers, before I came across 'Saveonlaptops'. Therefore, I had a very clear idea of what I needed (a reasonably high spec) and they had the right machine, at a competitive price. Unusually for me I tried to order by phone, but they don't do that. A trivial gripe really, but I don't remember seeing that mentioned on the website. However, the online ordering process was quick and easy with excellent communication. Also, they used DPD for delivery, who have the very best forecast/tracking system going, so no hanging about at home for an 8-1, or 12-5 delivery. The machine arrived quickly, exactly as described and works a treat. I would not hesitate to buy from Saveonlaptops again and would recommend them to my friends.
