Saviom is our firm's favorite tool We’ve been using Saviom, and it's made a world of difference for us. The resource forecasting and capacity planning tool is fantastic. It helps us spot potential resource gaps or surpluses well in advance, allowing us to plan ahead and maintain a smooth workflow without hitting any roadblocks. Another feature we’ve found super useful is the utilization reports. These reports show us if anyone is being overworked or underused so that we can adjust workloads and make sure everyone is working efficiently. We’ve also been able to shift people from non-billable tasks to more profitable ones, which has definitely helped our bottom line. Lastly, we love the simulation and modeling feature as it allows us to test different scenarios and come up with the most effective resource plan. It’s been incredibly valuable in keeping our resource planning on track.
