This is the first time I have ordered from Savoy and Snook. My order for Villeroy and Boch champagne flutes was delivered promptly, and although very well packed, one was slighty damaged. I contacted customer sevices and a replacement was sent immediately and I appreciate the assistance from Frances for dealing with this very efficiently. An excellent service which I thoroughly recommend
