Order arrived very quickly and very well packaged. I read reviews and concluded that issues with staffing and sourcing items from manufacturers due to covid could easily have affected them as a smaller business despite their efforts. As I was making a small order of obvious in stock items (with PayPal for peace of mind) rather than ordering a dinner service/difficult to source item, which they might have had to order from a third party supplier, I was happy to make the order. I am very pleased with my teacups and tray and also with the truly good value. I would definitely order from them again. The packaging was rather good!
