Bought the Sawgrass printer and it works great, easy set up, easy use, no problems. However there is limited ink when starting out because of the start up. Now I am restricted to use only SAWGRASS INK AND THAT'S CRAZY!!!!! I purchased ink on amazon that said for use with sg500 and sg1000, didn't realize it was a brand called Hippo. Installed the hippo ink and way and the quality was far greater than the original Sawgrass ink and when the Hippo ink was working before the update on the Sawgrass my prints were beautiful. Then this update happened and now I can not use y print er. If SAWGRASS wants to MONOPOLIZE on ink I will just use an Eco Tank. The minor "troubles" with an Eco Tank are far worth going through than spending $300 on ink when I run out. SOOOOO disappointing, very unhappy.
