I ended my subscription in June 2023, but after a few months I discovered that I was still being charged SEK 139 every month. I contacted customer service and they said I had made a typo in my email address once when ordering items (before June 2023). They don't verify email addresses so it was simply another subscription created that they linked to my bank account. Of course I had not received any emails about this subscription because the incorrect email address did not exist...
So a typo has cost me just over SEK 1,300. Of course, the customer service writes that it is my fault. Too bad!
