Would say rude, but 'odd experience' more closely documents my experience.
I made the initial mistake by not reading small print - So my first purpose for the review is to let customers know that you cannot return/refund sale items.
I was informed by email that I could not refund, so I informed the company that I will just review the company to:1) let future customers know of my mistake, 2) hope that the company may refund part, as most companies respond well to this to support future business.
After this, I received a sarcastic response from a manager and refusal for any form of apology. Most companies try to please customers for future business, but not this one.
Here's to hoping that the language used with customers changes in the future!
