I like how scentbird had a discounted offer on the start-up of their subscription. I can say they answer my emails pretty quick. They seem to really care about customer service.
In the subscription you receive three perfume samples for the month. The samples are based on what you pick in your queue so it's not a fragrance that you wouldn't have been interested in. And if you don't have any particular fragrance that you picked they send you a fragrance of the month. If you refer friends you receive free samples.
