Retourekosten sind viel zu teuer. Erst war die Begründung, dass es sich um zwei Pakete handelt und daher die Berechnung doppelt erfolgen muss. Auf mein Angebot, die zwei Lattenroste in einem Paket zurück zu senden, hieß es dann: es müsste trotzdem doppelt berechnet werden.
Zu allem Überfluss wurde mir dann noch eine Retoure Rechnung mit dem 4 fachen Betrag zugesandt, aber auf meine Reklamation zumindest sofort korrigiert.
Abzocke!
Ich bestelle woanders beim nächsten Mal.
