Die Rückabwicklung ist eine Katastrophe. Ich hatte am 25.2. eine Matratze zur Probe bestellt. Die Lieferung und Rechnung war schnell da. Nach 2 Tagen war klar, dass ich auf der neuen Matratze nicht glücklich werden. Am 7.3. wurde die Ware wieder abgeholt, aber seitdem herrscht Funkstille. Anruf auf der Hotline am 19.3. - Ware ist eingetroffen und muss geprüft werden. Wieder eine Woche später Tel. 26.3. immer noch kein Update bzw. Gutschrift. Nun wäre heute auch die Rechnung fällig. Ich warte noch auf den aktuellen Rückruf.
