Bestellvorgang und Lieferzeit sind vorbildlich. Die Matratze selbst entspricht voll und ganz den Erwartungen, und das zu einem Schnäppchenpreis. Chapeau! Einen Punkt Abzug jedoch für den wenig pfleglichen Umgang beim Transport. Der Karton war an vielen Stellen aufgerissen, ebenso die Plastikschutzhülle der Matratze. Zum Glück war die Matratze selbst ohne Beschädigung geblieben.
