Mein Kissen war eine Nummer zu klein und ein Umtausch nur mit Vorheriger Ruckabwicklung und Neukauf möglich..... Ich bin chronisch krank und für mich war der Aufwand zu dem Zeitpunkt zu umständlich..... Hab das zu kleine Kissen behalten...Und leg noch ein flaches Kissen drauf.....Was ja eigentlich nicht der Sinn ist..... Schade das der Service einen Umtausch nicht hergibt und der Differenzbetrag nicht einfach nachgezahlt werden kann.
