Von Zufriedenheit kann keine Rede sein. Ich habe die Bestellung (da es ein Weihnachtsgeschenk sein sollte) am 29.11.24 gemacht.
Lt Mail vom 12.12. sollte es zumindest noch vor Weihnachten versendet werden.
Lt Mail vom 22.12.24 wurde es angeblich losgeschickt und seit 27.12.24 schreibt DHL, dass es in Vorbereitung sei.
Fakt ist: bis heute 2.1.25 scheint die Sendung nicht mal bei DHL angekommen zu sein.
Das Gesamturteil ist ziemlich enttäuschend, wenn man permanent vertröstet wird und dann doch nichts passiert
