I have a new jacket thats started to split on the stitch of the pocket, Ive emailed and been told i must clean the product then pay to return it and they will review the item. Its clearly not my fault as the item has started to come apart by itself, so i would expect a replacement immediately and not to pay to return, however Im now being ignored for my request for a returns label and it doesn't look like ill be getting a new jacket soon, its been 2 weeks
