The service and delivery were fine. But the quality of the item purchased is very dissatisfactory. We purchased Lyndon II Fleece Gilet for my wife and every time you wear it a lot of fluff bobbles appear on the outer, making it look really cheap and poor quality. Now have purchased 2 different tools to remove bobbles and have to do all the time. Just wonder now how long it will last before it becomes thin and see-through.
