I placed the order on Sunday 3rd Jan paying extra for next day delivery hoping that it might arrive on Monday 4th Jan but realistically on Tuesday 5th Jan which it DIDNT! Which is a shame as I needed it for today! I live in hopes that it will arrive today! Your staff member wears very apologetic and said that the postage will be refunded . . . . I hope so!
