The overall service was good and the quality of the garment was also good. There was however some lack of attention to detail which speak of a lack of quality control by the manufacturer. The first garment had a broken zip and had to be be returned. I was impressed by the proficient and polite way in which this was handled. The second garment arrived very quickly and was fine except that the zip pockets had not been securely stitched in. Easily put right but the pockets should not have needed to be stitched in the first place. Overall I thought the standard of service from Schaffer was excellent and the garment is of very good quality. I will use Schoffel again.
