My review is regarding returns and refunding.
I returned items on December 30th using the suggested methods of Collect Plus. I did not get refunded until January 25th.
Following the tracking they seem to spend a long time on a pallet awaiting return to Schoffel.
On contacting Schoffel they assured me this was normal ??
I know of no other company that takes so long to receive it’s items back.
I would not order direct again, and would look for a retailer selling Schoffel clothing.
To me, your returns system is archaic in an age where parcels can be delivered in hours.
