Your ordering process is fine and deliveries are quick but you have now sent me three Orkney Gilets and each one has a defective zip. This is an expensive product and it’s letting you down badly. I complained after two went back and the person I spoke to promised me that the third item would be ok but it’s not so I don’t know what to do now because I like to item. I will know if you have read this review by your response!
