Some days ago I tried to find an item on the Schoeffel.com store, but unfortunately the item was not available anymore. So I wrote a Mail to their customer service if they could help me out to find this item. Days later I finally got an answer and they basically said "help yourself" by contacting the stores by your own. I´m so disappointed, they didn´t even care about me. So even though I´m buying their products from many years this will definitely be the last time I bought a Schöffel product. There are so many more Outdoor Brands out there that at least care about their customers...I hope they can learn from that "bad" experience.
