I absolutely love the products but the delivery service this time was completely pants and it puts me off from ordering online. I only ordered online for convenience and as it was a present and items come packaged in a lovely box, apart from waiting in on different occassions for the courier, with times and dates provided. This was costly to me and extremebly annoying that they didn't show up or read the delivery notes. And when it finally did show up, the box was completely crushed. Such a bad delivery service and so worn out by the whole process
