The delivery was good,as were the goods,well parceled and good quality as always.
However I decided to return and exchange the item delivered for an alternative colour as it was darker than it appeared on the web site and I was very disappointed to discover I had to pay £8.45 postage on the package to return it by recorded post as your instructions on the returns policy had recommended. After paying £173 it does not seem at all good customer service and I would hesitate in future to use your online service
