I can't believe how awful it was to get my refund back after they actually got the shoes back straightaway from me in the same condition they sent them but they still took a month and they used klarna to finance company to give me back my money when I did not use klarna when I purchased just used my bank card details, they caused me soo much stress that I regretted soooooo bad the purchase, genuinely AVOID
