I was looking for a pair of timberland boots for work and I just happen to stumble across Schuh online and I decided to purchased a pair. I placed the order on Sunday and I just receive it today Tuesday. The service is excellent and I love the fact that I could able to have an online chat with the customer service before the purchased. I could also able to see who I was speaking to which makes it more comfortable. I was sent text messages to keep me updated as to what time I should expect delivery. It is so convenient for me because I work nights, so I could able to get some rest before it arrive. I am more than happy with both the purchased and customer service.
