We went in as new buyers of a scooter and it was so quick and simple. The people there were lovely and told us everything we wanted/needed to know, without the typical salesman pressure to buy one. As it was we did and it was a very smooth transition from store to van to house this was because you were phoned the day before delivery and the same morning and the delivery driver turned up exactly when he said he would.
