Terrible customer service. Paid especially for next day delivery, only to have the item delivered 4 days later.
Simon in 'customer services' didn't apologise once. Instead he was rude, condescending and didn't care less that I had paid for a service I didn't receive.
Refused to refund the next day delivery charge, instead trying to shift blame on me! They even expect me to pay to return items.
First - and last - time using Scotbycycles.
