searching for bikes online found one I thought would suit with Scotby Cycles . mailed a few questions which Simon answered promptly giving me the confidence to mail order which went through smoothly . the bike was very very well packaged but a pedal reflector was damaged . contacted Simon and he mailed a replacement straight away . Scotby Cycles are a pleasure to do business with . I'm sure vast majority of their bike sales go through very smoothly but if I had a purchase that didn't I'd want to be with Scotby Cycles . in future they'll be my first port of call , can't recommend them highly enough .
