I can’t take it anymore, if you email, half the time you get an auto response saying they will respond in 48 hours and then nothing. They constantly reply saying use the chat, I tried that twice and it was a disaster. Spent 1 hour to try and get someone to look at a faulty gas meter that won’t light up. After 1 hour they finally gave me a date and time for someone to visit. No visit. Tried again, new date, no visit. Called the 0800 number, told nobody can visit, it’s a meter outside with free access, so anyone visiting would not have any contact with anyone else. Other issues, 4 gas meters fitted but incorrectly assigned to the flats. All the accounts are wrong, told to do a burn test to verify which meter serves which flat. Did that, emailed the information, no response.
If I had trustpilot reviews like this I would be ashamed to tell anyone I worked for Scottish Power, thankfully I don’t. Be warned, don’t give your business to Scottish Power.
