Very poor customer service i was put with scottish power as tonik went bust my direct debit has gone from £77 to over £1000 pound a month .been trying to sort but nobody listens i live in a three bed standard house .finally got through to a lad who said oh yes i see whats happened and put my dd to £120 .a month later got email my dd going to £512 a month.
Cant stay with these half witts im in the prosses of moving to octopus .ive been in my house over 30years never experianced anything like it and never paid more than £110 a month .
Cant wait to leave
