After two hours wait abusive agent in CAPETOWN South Africa gave me abuse having never missed paying a bill in 30 years. South Africa. Are you kidding me. You really need to take notice of all these negative reviews and up your game. I am absolutely furious with all of you. Shame on all of you !!!!
