Very poor customer service. They are very good at sending out bills by email and expecting them to be paid but you cannot speak to them by phone. They just try and fob you off directing you to apps or LiveChat.
This morning I received two separate bills to the same account( I usually receive one bill that is has and electricity combined. I have tried to ring them. Their head office and main website has an out of date number that is no longer in use so I tried the Customer Service number. I tried option 4 as directed and there is a message,” We. Are very busy right now. Why not go online?” I am furious. I have a straightforward enquiry and cannot speak to anyone by phone. I am in a newbuild house and Scottish Power are the supplier. Can’t change supplier anymore! Eon aren’t brilliant but at these they have people answering the phone. Clearly Scottish Power need to pay the CEO less and get more staff.
