If I could give a minus rating, I would! The title "customer service" is a contradiction in terms especially as you can never get through to anyone!
When you call, the message tells you that all the operators are busy and they are only dealing with those who are vulnerable and the call is disconnected. How do they know that I'm not vulnerable? Other option is "if you are able" contact them through live chat, what if you aren't able, whats the option for that? When the chat bot eventually works, the option I need doesn't exist so you are forced to choose another to speak to a person who also can't help and tells you to call in or use the APP! Would use the APP if it hadn't mysteriously decided that my login details were incorrect! In excess of 25 password reset requests, still no password reset email received but bills come through okay? Can't provide accurate meter readings, is this their ploy?
Don't try the "contact us if struggling to pay" number as it doesn't work and neither does the email. Don't try the option on live chat as it won't get you passed the "pay now" box and if you choose pay later, will cut you off.
Have now moved provider to a company who knows what the term "customer service" means.
