Unbelievably inefficient, rude, no customer service at all. Have been waiting 8 weeks for an engineer to come out so we can install a new boiler, finally turned up today for us to be told he can’t fix a 3 phase boiler. Phoned SP who promptly put the phone down on me.
How do they get away with this?
My official complaint states that my husband is a vulnerable person they just don’t care.
Do not go anywhere near SP diabolical company.
