They keep your credit and increase the DD. Over £1,214:00 in credit and lie over the refund since 30 October 2023.
Customer service is appalling, even live chat which does nothing but pass it on and still nothing gets done.
OCTOPUS is our next step and they are even offering g a £50:00 credit.
I absolute hate this company for their arrogance, lies and deceit.
Obtaining money by deception is a criminal offence. I bet if I owed them £1,214:00 they would have bailiffs on us.
