Absolutely awful experience with this company. Over charged until I'd run up £1000 in credit without offering a refund. I have since cancelled and the final bill was settled from my positive balance and a refund issued to my account. This was after hours of wrangling with their useless chatbot and non existant customer services. I have now recieved 3 bills on the same day for my final day's use totalling over £700 and they say I now owe £330 to them (this doesn't even add up at all). Again I'm wasting my time with their useless chatbot and cannot get any sort of customer service but I'm advised not to cancel my direct debit for £330 or face further charges. I'm disgusted by how their systems are so poor that this problem cannot be sorted without a major stress. Avoid this company at all costs.. I've moved to Octopus and so far they seem great and easy to use. I cannot convey strongly enough how poor my experience with Scottish Power has been.
Update.. having a response for customer service on twitter they have ignored my request for them to explain why the 3 bills have appeared and still say I owe them £330..again a zero for customer services
