The company is awful, very bad customer service and although they owe you money they mess you around. Somehow we over paid £500 for a service and before we gave them metre readings they were sending debt letters without a bill it’s all very unorganised and messed up they treat their customers so poorly. We have one account with them in credit how can we have more than one account on a studio flat. Also they are sending debt collector texts however never sent a bill or letter so how can you pay something you know nothing about disgraceful I’ve wasted so much time and effort trying to sort this all out. I feel for people as this is enough to send anyone crazy it’s sad they can treat well paying customers this way and make them feel like criminals.
