Scottish Power are the most ignorant deluded company I have had to deal with. Were charging me 26K for 2.5 years worth of electricity and I eventually got it down to just over £2K. Constantly got ignored, cut me off multiple telephone calls, messed up to attend my property 3 times to install a new meter. The customer service is pathetic, I was writing emails, letters, multiple telephone calls to sort my incorrect bill out and they just were oblivious to the stress they were causing me. Never ever again do I want to deal with this company. So everyone who is reading this review please take my advice, I have been there and got he T-shirt, DO NOT USE
