Good to read of your bad experiences. I have been waiting about TEN YEARS to fix my " Smart meter " But this Christmas they have contacted me over 12 occasions over overdue bill so they obviously put all their resources into that department. Someone commented they were the worst energy provider in the known universe but think there is an energy supplier 2000000 light years away that maybe worse .!
