Worst energy company I’ve ever dealt with. On December 17 th they took 3 payments from me instead on one to the tune of nearly £1100 pounds. They said none had gone through. If it had gone through I would have only had authority to take one payment. The house has smart meters. I flagged up the overpayments on 7th January today they inform me I can expect a refund cheque about the 16th February. Unbelievable.
