Unbelieveably bad customer serice; I moved to E on, Scottish Power provided an ACTUAL Bill which was an estimate, and £300 in their favour, luckily I spotted it!
They then never sent me a paper bill and the next thing I get through the post is a nasty letter for non payment detailing how they will collect the debt and the extra monies it will cost me to collect it for THEIR INCOMPETANCE! This is verging on fraud in my opinion. An absolute joke, DO NOT USE SCOTTISH POWER!
