Unfortunately I am stuck with Scottish Power - have been for a number of years being all electric. Every so often they take large amounts from your account this time 3 x the monthly usual direct debit without notification! Leaving you high and dry. They have no real customer service other than typing with a robot and no one who can understand you at the end of a phone. They price as they like - just make it up as they go along.
Hopefully Soon to be installing wind power and waving them goodbye!
