Boiler Care..
Boiler cover with Scottish Power...annual service ok at first good thorough service but since last 2 years consistent issues with boiler. After several visits from subcontractors still not fixed the problem. Had almost every part on the boiler replaced but still same issue. Heating comes on and then goes off and stays off. Got a young disabled son too who needs to be kept ward.
Informed that until the boiler completely breaks down nothing can be done!! Excellent customer service that is!!! Fuming cold house and cold kids!!
