The worst customer service, ended up switching providers. it is now January and they are still sending me two different bills, one for up till now even though they stopped supplying our energy in November and another for over £300 which was from before we even moved in. I have called about 15 times and spoken to a different adviser every time where each one has given me a different statement saying what I had to do, one being 'just ignore it'. finally I think I have finally sorted it but they really need to train their staff and sort it properly.
if I could give them less than one star I would, just avoid at all costs and if you are already with them I wouldn't advise changing unless you want a constant headache.
