I had the misfortune to switch to sp 3 years ago,
I had a smart meter which they told me was no problem to read ,
I was told repeated that this going to take 2 weeks\they were waiting for a access code then it would take yet again 2 week this has gone on and on
no bills no meter read then with health problems i had to go in to hospital, i was not home for over 9 months no one there i had to stay with my son as i had heart surgery
and i got my first bill £1200 from march to June when there was no one in my son contacted them ,,
told them about the bill and told them the only thing that was on was our alarm
to be told well you should tern it off ?
that was the start of a or full time and still not sorted yet
my advise to anyone KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
