Absolutely disappointed!
Our smart meter stopped to work in the middle of January. Today is 2nd of April and nobody from that company even trying to solve this problem even when we called and asked for so many times. They gave as a huge bill last month and tell as the provided information from last year, but our house is absolutely new and there is no history! Already two months when they were told as to wait to the end of the month, but no professional reaction of them.
