Complaints team startlingly incapable...
I've had an active complaint since December 2019 (it's now May 2020). They haven't billed me since June 2019, and the complaints team appears utterly incapable of both resolving my issue and offering the slightest shred of customer care. I've spent hours upon hours on the phone to them and even following a change of meter Scottish Power can't make a resolution. They are unbelievably terrible. Please, please avoid this company !!!!
And please, Scottish Power, DO NOT send a reply to this complaint stating 'You're sorry to hear about this.' You've known about it for five months and done nothing, so please refrain from appearing to care.
