Worst and most unhelpful customer service ever! Avoid this company at all cost!!
I have been trying to reinstate my direct debit (which they cancelled god knows why!) for more than 2 months now! I have spoken with so many agents via chat and email and done everything they have asked me to do, including changing my tariff twice, and still no direct debit... How hard can it be to set up a direct debit??! Really!! The worse thing is that they keep telling me that they have set it up and that I will receive a confirmation email, and no email every single time, not even to tell me that the couldn't set it up. So I have to contact them again, and like this for more than 2 months. I have wasted so much on this, that I just want to switch companies ASAP!!
Also, my bill changed from one day to the next after an agent "merged" some bills and it was £100 higher for no reason! They couldn't offer me a reasonable explanation for this...
This is really the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced! If I could give 0 stars I would!
