I had two major problems with them.
1. I have signed a contract and they overcharged me because they said it was a system failure and they put me on a standard tariff.
2. I had to pay twice for the same 150 KW. The same meter was overlay in two consecutive bills.
After 3 months and 6 emails wrote to them was no progress. I had to move to another provider.
