The worst customer service I have experienced in my life. It took 5 hours worth of phone calls just for them to edit my address as they had got it wrong!
I bought the property 12 months ago and, at the time, gas was direct debit and electricity was pay as you go. I'm desperate to leave them to go with Look After My Bills but in order for me to do so I must make sure both gas and electric are paid via direct debit. Since Aug 2019 I have been phoning to make this happen but I have had absolutely nothing from them. And now, of course, nothing can be done due to Covid!
I have a new born baby, we live in a rural area and it is a nightmare to get electric at times!
If you want no customer service, high bills and and an all round awful experience Scottish Power is for you!
