I tried to choose two different great kilts but every tartan I order seems to be out of stock.
Its not that difficult to put an "Out of Stock" button on your site when you run out of tartans. Get with your IT people and have them add that features. That way you arent wanting your customers time.
Also, when a customer asks for a refund because every style tartan he chooses is out of stock (especially after he asked you to send a list of tartans that ARE available) that refund should be processes the same day it is requested.
